**Ward Choir practice STARTS THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 at 12:40 p.m. in the Chapel.  Everyone is welcome to join. We’d love to hear your voices.  Also, we are assembling a “special choir” for Thanksgiving and could use some youth participation.  If you have questions please contact, Sis. Bonita Sutton. NOTE: NO choir practice on Sundays September 29 and October 6. 


UPCOMING: Stake Conference will be Saturday, Sept. 28 and Sunday, Sept. 29. The Adult Saturday session from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Stake Center. Sunday morning Ward and Stake Leadership Training Meeting from 7:00 am - 9:00 am at the Stake Center, and the Sunday General Session will be from 10:00 am -12:00 pm. NOTE: Our Ward will be meeting in our own building on Sunday. 


THIS WEEK: Elders Quorum Fall Campout is September 27 & 28 at the Rabbitstick Campground (2850 North 4000 West, Rexburg) Bring your own dinner, evening campfire program, pancake breakfast and morning activities. 


RELIEF SOCIETY ACTIVITY:  “Come & Craft”, Thursday, October 10, 2024 @ 7:00 pm at the church. You can choose between two crafts: Block pumpkins set of 3 $6.00 or a Christmas Wreath $7.00. Please prepay by cash, check, or Venmo to @Kimberly-Shulthies by October 3rd. 


Our Ward is responsible for cleaning the Church from now until the end of the year. Please check your schedules to see when you might be available to help clean.

FROM THE PRIMARY PRESIDENCY:  In Primary, this year we are working on learning the Articles of Faith so we can have an ice cream party.  If you would work with your children on these, that would be great.  They can pass them off to any member of the Primary Presidency:

FYI… The lost and found is located in the Church Library.  If you are missing any of your belongings, please check with the librarians to claim them. 


To allow for greater access to the words of the living prophets, printed copies of Church magazines are now available at no cost. These include the Liahona, For the Strength of Youth, and Friend. Members can use their Church account to choose their preferred subscription(s) on a yearly basis at MagazineSubscriptions.ChurchofJesusChrist.org Please contact a member of the bishopric or ward council if you need help or have questions.

REMINDERS

FAST OFFERINGS Our Ward still collects fast offerings by going door to door. If you would like the deacons or other brethren to come to your house to collect them each month or if you wish to be taken off the Fast Offering list, please let one of the Bishopric members know.
