This year we are working on learning the Articles of Faith so we can have an ice cream party.  The kids can pass them off to any member of the Primary Presidency at any time.

THE PRIMARY POM-POM ICE CREAM SOCIAL  

In Primary this year we are learning the Articles of Faith. As the children repeat an article of faith, we fill a jar with pom poms. When it is filled to the top, they will earn their Ice Cream Social. Our focus in October is on Article of Faith 9 & 10, 

9.“We believe all that God has revealed, and all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. 10.“We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that Zion (the New Jerusalem) will be built on the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.”

We have also been feeling about how valuable it is for the children to have access to the "Friend" and other-age-appropriate church magazines. Having these resources in your home will help them learn through stories and pictures core values of the Church of Jesus Christ, For this reason, we have included links to the site to order the church magazines.
